GDV Compact: Case study.
The following is a case study of a 35 yo Male who is a long term Anapanasati meditator. This picture was taken post a 30-minute meditation under a pyramid. The pyramid sides were facing along the north/south and east/west axis. The subject is very sensitive to internal states, and is very aware of the movement of energy, in and around his body. The subject has been able to experience very advanced states on consciousness through the practice of Anapanasati meditation. The subject experiences excellent health, both physical and psychological.

The above aura can be seen to be very bright and harmonious. His symmetry is 97% which shows that the left and right side of the body/mind system is in harmony i.e. the left and right side of the brain is functioning in order. This allows the individual to experience an equal amount of logic and creative receptivity. The fingers 5L and 5R are clearly the brightest, this is the heart area, and shows a high capacity for joy and love. Around the head it can be noticed that there are “flares” particularly on the left side. This area the throat, larynx, trachea and thyroid gland. The subject reports he is susceptible to physical complaints in this area. In summary this individual has more health than problems and shows a state of high spiritual attainment. You will notice that the contour of the aura is active. This denotes receptivity of his environment, which shows a healthy interaction with his surroundings. But not experiencing its effects in a negative way.
The above picture can be described as follows. The picture on the left is the silhouette of a sitting man. The coloured balls are the chakras. The green vertical corridor is “normal limits” The vertical dotted line denoted perfect harmony. The further the charkas move away from the dotted line i.e. left and right the further the individual moves away from a harmonious state. The energy available to the charkas is shown by the size of the balls. The right side of the line relates to psychological/emotional issues relating to the Chakra the left side of the dotted line relates to a physical or body response. The two graphs on the right are as follows: The top graph shows the energetics of the charkas (how active they are) the bottom graph shows the physical/emotional dis-balance (whether the imbalance is from a psychological or physical problem) The subjects chakras are above the average functioning. During the meditation under the pyramid the subject experienced physical sensations around the head, this can be clarified by observing that the crown Chakra over to the left side. The subject reported a very deep state in going inward. The throat and third eye can be seen on the right, a state of receptivity. From working extensively with the subject his usual Chakra balance is near perfect pre meditation. The heart Chakra is the most energetic as the dominant colour in his aura is green.
The two circles above are as follows: The left circle is the psychological or yin side, the right circle is the physical yang side. The subject is represented as the red line. Both red lines fall into the green zone and are very similar in shape. This shows a very low level of stress and good health. The more similar the two red lines are the more psychological and physically balanced the person is. In this case, excellent energetic health.

In summary the subject has no energy deficit, has a very high level of energy reserves, Shows a very high level of purpose in his activity, a high level of self-reliance, has the ability to regulate his thoughts and change patterns of thinking. The subject has more health than health problems. And has attained a high level of spiritual development through Anapanasati meditation.
